Supportive coaching for clarity, insight, and intentional growth.

My Approach

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying too much at once — expectations, uncertainty, self-doubt, and pressure to “figure it out.” Often, what we need most isn’t more effort, but more clarity.

My approach is rooted in thoughtful conversation and psychological insight. Together, we slow things down and look carefully at what’s happening beneath the surface — your patterns, your assumptions, your emotional responses, and the stories you may be telling yourself.

As those patterns become clearer, a shift occurs. What once felt tangled begins to make sense. And from that clarity, forward movement can feel more natural and less forced.

Each session is a space for reflection, honesty, and growth. You’ll leave with deeper understanding, renewed perspective, and a clearer sense of your next steps — not driven by pressure, but guided by awareness.

It’s not about pushing harder. It’s about understanding yourself well enough to move forward with intention.

“Going into my coaching session with Alec, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I grew up riding horses, but I didn’t have the chance to simply exist around them, as there was always a task to be done, either riding, grooming, or general chores. Upon arriving at the stables, Alec guided me into a new way of being with the horses, as well as with myself. I didn’t have a specific problem to solve going into the session, but things surfaced that I didn’t even realize I had been holding. With the support of Alec and the horses, I was able to acknowledge and release beliefs that were no longer serving me. It felt effortless, yet incredibly powerful. I would absolutely recommend working with Alec, as he is approachable, thoughtful, wise, grounded, and genuinely kind. I’m looking forward to more sessions with him and to bear witness all the lives he touches through his coaching.”
